Welcome to WZ Cattle Company

WZ Cattle Company is located in Eastern Colorado.  It was homesteaded in February of 1917 and the 5th generation is currently being raised on the ranch. WZ Cattle Company is a multi-faceted operation involving commercial cattle, registered Angus, registered Lim-Flex, irrigated farming, a backgrounding lot, and hunting of deer and antelope. 

 

The first registered Angus cattle were purchased in 2008 and the registered Lim-Flex herd was developed through our Angus cows shortly thereafter. We focus on breeding for balance while striving for optimum frame and performance to excel through finishing.  Breeding for the fundamentals of fertility, sound structure, mothering ability, udder quality, fleshing ability, and disposition are essential in our cowherd.  We enjoy the constant challenge to pursue better cattle.  Please contact us anytime for more information.
